Challenge Equals Change

Too often we want change without the challenge that’s necessary for change to occur.

Change without challenge is impossible! We have to look at challenge and adversity as a gift we give ourselves. ⁣ ⁣ “Fear is a five-lane highway in the brain, while resilience is a foot path through the woods. We can path that dirt path wider by walking it over and over again.” – Dr Andrew Huberman⁣ ⁣

♦️ We crave challenge. ♦️⁣ ⁣

♦️ We grow through adversity. ♦️⁣ ⁣

♦️ We can best build resiliency by choice. ♦️⁣ ⁣

Choosing to repeatedly, consistently challenge ourselves is difficult. Fear is a siren song most succumb to far to easily. Pulling us away from purpose and keeping us from seeing what we are truly capable of doing. ⁣ ⁣ Keep choosing difficulty. Keep choosing challenge. Keep doing things that build resiliency until the resilient path is a five-lane highway and fear is a seldom used foot path. ⁣ ⁣ ⁣
